MEDICAL TREATMENT, THERAPY, COACHING
Dr. Lauren Sparks
DNP, CNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, CTP, MA, RN
The choices I’ve made when seeking care, have been some of the most impactful of my life. This is why I implore you to choose carefully. While I have a lot of fancy letters after my last name, I believe the greatest credential I posses as a health provider is my own lived experience. I have walked through the fire and am not afraid of joining with you in your experience. As a colleague often says, “I heal me to heal you. I heal you to heal me. We are all just taking turns walking each other home”.
I look forward to knowing you.

Most importantly…
While completing her doctorate, The Shoemaker Protocol put Dr. Sparks’ erythromelalgia (EM) into complete remission. Dr. Sparks then studied to treat mold illness under physician Dr. Ritchie Shoemaker himself. Although there is currently no board certification for treating chronic inflammatory response syndrome (CIRS), Dr. Shoemaker offers the closest thing to it… a rigorous certification administered by Dr. Shoemaker. Dr. Sparks is honored to be included in the list of medical providers currently endorsed by Dr. Shoemaker. Dr. Sparks has also been privileged to be mentored by doctorally prepared nurse practitioner Dr. Margaret “Peg” DiTulio. Dr. Sparks also enjoys collaboration with Dr. Christian Navarro-Torres PhD through the non-profit Einstein Mission.
“Lauren is one of the most sincere and generous people I have ever known.”
